Easy White Bean Hummus

It’s Foodie Friday! Today we have an easy hummus recipe for you that takes no time at all. Using white beans makes the hummus extra creamy! With a little smokiness from the spices, it’s perfect for your choice of dippers like bell peppers and carrots. Add it to your football party spread for a healthy option!

Ingredients
1 (14.5 oz) can white beans, drained and rinsed in a colander
the juice of 1 lemon
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cumin
1/4 cup olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
your choice of dippers: bell pepper slices, carrots, celery, etc

Put beans and lemon juice in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until mostly broken down. Add the spices. With the processor on, stream the olive oil in through the top and process until completely smooth, about 2-3 minutes, scraping down the sides of the bowl with a spatula every now and again. Taste, and add salt and pepper if needed, processing again to combine.
